We offer Priority Shipping (3 business days)

Orders are processed within 48 hours. All orders are shipped on Wednesday and Saturday of every week. Orders over $75 before taxes, qualify for free priority (3 day) shipping; no code necessary. 


NTIM8 is not responsible or liable for lost packages or shipping delays due to USPS error. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. If your package has been lost or delayed, you may track updates via your tracking number or file a claim here


NTIM8 does not ship internationally at this time. We have found that our international customers are able to use third party mailers such as, skybox to receive their packages domestically then have them forwarded. If you choose to use any type of third party mailers, we are no longer liable for your package once the item has been shipped. We are not responsible for any costs incurred by using these services or any costs associated with customs.



NTIM8 does not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item unwashed, unworn, with original tags for store credit only. 

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours after confirmed delivery. Photo evidence is  required and must be sent via email: customerservice@ntim8.com. Item(s) will be replaced for free and shipped within standard times. 

NTIM8 does not cover return shipping costs. Please retain your receipt and tracking number until the return has been received and confirmed.  

We intend to process your return within 48 hours of receipt.
