Can I get a discount?

Of course! Join our exclusive club, Club Monarch via email to receive exclusive discounts, previews, giveaways, etc. We offer free shipping on any order over $75. What if I put in the wrong address?

Incorrect or incomplete addresses must be corrected within 24 hours of notification or order will be cancelled.

What mail carrier do you use?

All items are shipped via USPS only.

How much is shipping?

We offer 3-day priority shipping for a flat $6 fee. Any orders over $75 qualifies for free shipping.

What type of payments do you accept?
NTIM8 accepts all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, AfterPay, QuadPay and Sezzle.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time, only store credit. Please refer to our “shipping” page for further reference.

Gift cards?

NTIM8 does offer e-gift cards. Gift card sales are final, we do not issue refunds for gift cards.

What about sale items?

Sale items are final sale, no refunds or exchanges. Items will not be restocked.

I saw you guys on the Miiriya app/Miiriya.com, is it legit?

Yes! We do have our store listed on Miiriya's marketplace. You may place an order through the app or website and it will still be completed as per our usual standards.

How should I wash my lingerie?

We recommend hand washing all of your Ntim8 Lingerie pieces and hang drying them. However, we offer lingerie wash bags for $10 if hand washing is not a possibility. Search “lingerie n things”.
